The E8 Tower is a stately and roomy Victorian Style mailbox, designed to be installed on a pedestal. The freestanding mailbox features elegant motifs and classic details on all four sides. It is made of light weight diecast aluminum and finished in a hard powder coat paint. Certain colors are hand applied creating a mottled or antique finish, variation in color is typical. Available in satin black and rust brown. 

The incoming mail slot is protected from the rain by a canopy, the large locking front door below the mail slot pivots a full 180 degrees. There is a door on the back of the mailbox primarily used for access during assembly and can be used to retrieve mail as well but the reach is about 16 inches to the bottom of the mailbox.  Both locks share the same key. No assembly required and no hardware included, 4 keys provided.

The mailbox is installed by bolting it to the pedestal from the inside of the mailbox floor. The pedestal can be made in masonry or weather treated wood. It is highly recommended to consult your local postal office or mailman before building the pedestal in order to determine the appropiate heigth for mail delivery.
